Welcome to the Sittingbourne climate data website. Climatological observations were taken continuously for 25 years at the site in SW Sittingbourne and the data collected has been used by a number of local companies and schools. Although I used to take the observations when I lived at home in the 1980's my dad, sister, friends and neighbours maintained the record between 1990 and 2010. I just had the relatively simple task of calculating the totals and averages and publishing them on these pages. I'd like to thank them for their hard work and dedication in maintaining the record.

Most of the main meteorological variables were measured at the site with the notable exception of sunshine duration. The data is unfortunately only kept in paper form, but the links below show some of the 'totals, means, highs and lows' since 1985. Specific observations can be supplied.
